performance, Jarrett demonstrates improvisational skills that borders on spontaneous
composition. The set contains two lengthy pieces, the first being in three parts
and the second in five. The sound quality is stellar and one can experience a
jazz mastermind stretching the boundaries of creative exploration. The concert
concludes with renditions of: “Danny Boy, “Old Man River,” and “Don’t Worry ‘Bout
Me.”
